Adventure Three

I had already finished Broadway in St.Pete. (That being it's seventh great wonder?) Now it was Rock-n-Roll.
Also got a Great Artist. Not too shabby.
Ooh. For the third time this game, Popped Another One(TM):
Message delivered to Qin: "You Have Chosen Unwisely." Message ends.

Capac dials me up: "We will defend our Chinese brothers!" Uh... Oops. Wasn't paying close enough attention to that. Welp, got myself a 2fer. "Ah, the game's afoot."
Two can play that little "Allies" maneuver, you know.
So those pressured Chinese cities never did flip. I ended up taking both by force.
By the by, I got my few Keshiks courtesy of Horses traded to me from France for some spare something or other. (Ivory? Cows? Both? I forget.)
Chinese invaders board wooden vessels and sail north. (They are met by my my latest version of the "ironclad".)
Check out this graphical anomaly:
The city underlay is spreading over the local Peak. Woops! Not really a big deal, although it gets funnier when buildings are perched up there too!
Since that whole "defense pact thing" escaped my notice, my garrison down at Bryansk is totally unprepared for Incan action.
I'm not in civics that can rush anything, nor do I have reinforcements nearby, nor Flight for Airports yet. Those folks are DOOMED!
In the words of General Douglass MacArthur: "I shall return." I managed to get my Worker and a Missionary out of there, and have them seek refuge in France.
The first enemy to attack is a Cav and it RETREATS. The city falls without so much as costing them a single attacker. (Not my finest hour!)
