Dawn of Civilization, Sirian's writings for Sid Meier's Civilization IV

Adventure Four

With the game won, but waiting for the clock to expire, I tried to do some cute things. I had a spare Engineer, so I researched Mass Media and intended to rush Hollywood with the Engineer. Yet it would take TWO extra turns after that to finish. Luckily, that would put it finishing on the same turn as the game ends, so that counts, right?
The other cute thing was to build the Manhatten Project and see the wonder movie for it for the first time. Yet it was going to take one turn too long! Arrgh.
Wait. No, there might be a way. I have three FORESTS at that city!
They get production bonuses from the city, and that's a net of +100% from buildings and power and +100% for the wonder being built with Uranium. NINETY shields per forest. (Burning forests can speed ship parts too, by the way.)
So I chopped two forests and replaced with farms. (Can you say, "Boom"? ... I knew you could.)

Stats from the final turn:
Nobody else has finishing anything besides their Casings.
Only Egyptian-founded religions in my cities!
By the way, Spanish captured the Taoist city. That religion was founded by Germany.

Now here's my "built" list:
Next up, FAILURE to flip those island cities. (Verdict: city flips are screwed on a bit too tightly!)

Forty percent Incan. FORTY percent! Who do you have to kiss to get a city flip of a half-decently aged city in this game?
Alaskan Salmon:
Founded 71 turns ago. (Can you believe it??)
I get entirely too much entertainment value out of this city.
(People are going to start looking at me strangely. ... Wait, what am I saying?!? "START"? )
Border with China:
Somebody drugged Qin and replaced him with a peaceful, honorable doppleganger. ... I swear!
Qin even CHANGED TO MY RELIGION of his own volition, just to cozy up to Khan and me!
(Then he went Free Religion, but hey. A miracle is a miracle, you know?)
The border with Inca:
Note the large "dead air" buffer between us. I kept anticipating an attack from Capac. I left a killing field there, but the attack never came.
My Egypt:
Hollywood was completed on time.
Ditto the Manhatten Project.
That was a pretty cool wonder movie. (They did a really nice job with most of the movies, and I like the movie concept, showing the building of the wonders.)
Victory was announced immediately after the Manhatten movie, with the map still zoomed and tilted:
My Alphabet proof:
Sirian's finish date: 1931AD
