| RBCiv Epic Eighteen - Game B |
After Hoover, I finally built Wall Street (latest I have ever postponed it), then the Military Academy, then BatMed, leaving me the option to build armies as a 400 shield prebuild. My third leader popped, assuring me another instant wonder when I wanted one.

Rather than use up my leader on the first modern age wonder, I used an army prebuild, researched Computers first, timed it perfectly, swapped to SETI and finished the remaining 600+ shields on it while I researched Fission. The UN was rushed the turn after SETI, then I built a research lab.
My research went for Miniaturization, then Genetics. Now THIS is what a proper Fishing Village(TM) looks like:

I learned all about the military value of modern age fishing villages in my first Deity game. (Will I ever write that report??? Yeah yeah, I'm a rat bastid).
And speaking of fishing, I was happy to let the Zulus continue to land units on my eastern island. Each one was another shot at a leader. :P I popped my fourth and final leader in there somewhere, and I used him to rush Longevity the turn after my partially-prebuilt CFC was completed:

So I started on the Manhatten Project. Sadly, it would never be completed. My game ended too quickly! Arrgh. That stopped me a couple turns short of building my seventeenth great wonder in a single city. My capital topped out at 130cpt, and that was without Manhatten or Apollo.

With only a few exceptions (units at game start, harbor and two ships, courthouse, granary, and offshore platform) my capital was building cultural items nonstop from start to finish. This is the most culture per turn I've ever seen in one city, the most great wonders, and the earliest 20k cultural victory I've had by far.

Here's the cultural chart and the final map.

With the first victory in hand, it was time to go conquer Game A!
